They are responsible for providing in home design consultations to residential customers interested in remodeling their bath/shower systems. The Outside Sales Representative must possess impeccable customer service skills, a strong drive for results, and the ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal.Next Training class for an Outside Sales Representative starts on June 1st!4 weeks paid Sales Training100% Commission + Bonuses after training periodOn average Sales reps make $120,000 - $150,000Top Earners above $200,000Outside Sales Representative Schedule:Full time: Monday- Friday, including every other SaturdayAppointments are scheduled between 9:00 AM- 6:00 PMNever responsible for working on SundayRequirementsMinimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Outside Sales Representative (In home sales preferred)Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/systemMust be technologically experienced in using an iPadMust be able to lift 40 lbs. without restrictionsMust have a valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and car insuranceMust be able to handle a high volume of driving (200 mile radius)Must be available Monday- Friday and some SaturdaysThe statements in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
