This is a rare opportunity to join a large enterprise at the very beginning of a full-scale data transformation. We're seeking a Lead Data Engineer to help migrate a legacy, on-premise data warehouse into a modern, cloud-native environment while enabling next-generation AI and agentic AI capabilities across the business. What You'll Do Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines Develop data transformations and ingestion frameworks in code Help bridge legacy systems to cloud-native platforms during migration Design data foundations that power AI and machine learning use cases What We're Looking For You should bring strong, hands-on experience with: AWS Python (or Scala) SQL Workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow) Nice-to-Have Experience Infrastructure as code (Terraform) Modern table formats like Apache Iceberg PySpark or distributed data processing Experience Level 5+ years of data engineering experience (8+ preferred) Recent hands-on experience building cloud-based pipelines in AWS Why This Role?
