(Full-Time | In-Office or Hybrid | Partner Relations — Referred-Out)Location: Ogden, UtahDepartment: Partner RelationsReports To: Executive LeadershipEmployment Type: Full-Time / ExemptStarting Compensation Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (DOE)About The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Referrals to lead Lowe Law Group’s Referred-Out function and oversee the continued growth and performance of our outbound referral network.This role serves as a key bridge between Lowe Law Group and our referral partners, helping ensure cases are strategically placed with high-quality partner firms while maintaining strong alignment between external relationships and internal operations.The Director of Referrals is responsible for overseeing referred-out partnerships, referral network performance, outbound referral strategy, and team leadership across the Partner Relations Department’s Referred-Out lane.This is a high-impact leadership role focused on:strengthening partner relationshipsimproving referral network qualitybuilding scalable operational systemssupporting long-term departmental growthWhat You’ll OwnAs Director of Referrals, you will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s referred-out partner network and ensuring the department operates in a structured, scalable, and relationship-focused manner.
