Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur06:45 AM - 07:00 PMFri06:45 AM - 07:00 PMSat06:45 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify potential concerns and report security-related issues.Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and follow post orders related to government operations and public-facing services.Assist with incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal standards and site policies. Minimum Requirements: * Possess 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
