RN/LPN or Medical Assistant

Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Our Orthopedic Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse/ LPN or a Certified Medical Assistant who is passionate about providing patient-centered health care and being an integral part of our team. An ideal candidate is able to multi-task effectively. The successful candidate will be required to understand medical terminology and be familiar with medical record keeping. Responsibilities: Possess a current license to practice as an RN or LPN or a Medical Assistant that is certified in the State of Wyoming Greets and directs patients and families/caregivers, answers questions and provide information regarding clinic services, prepares patients for examinations Obtain medical history, vital signs and chart preparation Reviews and triages patient messages and communicates with the provider. Performs routine specialized procedures such as but not limited to sterile dressing changes, wound care, cast or splint application, suture or staple removal under established protocols Maintains stock and supplies in examination rooms Completes orders and facilitates referrals to other providers or medical facilities Maintain education that is required for duties or provided by the clinic Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
