Processing Operator Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Processing operator to join their team. As a Processing operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Processing operator Location: Milwaukee, WI Pay Range: $28 Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) What's the Job? Operate processing machinery to produce high-quality products following established guidelines. Make minor adjustments to machinery to ensure proper product formation and quality standards. Monitor and log temperatures, raw material weights, and process times, making adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance, changeovers, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Communicate quality issues promptly and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. 1-year production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
