This individual will manage territory growth through in-person visits, networking, facility onboarding, and resident insurance enrollment support.The ideal candidate is comfortable spending significant time in the field, enjoys relationship-driven sales, and understands the importance of compassionate service within senior care environments.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct territory-based sales and marketing activities including:In-person facility visitsNetworking eventsPhone outreachEmail communicationDrop-in relationship buildingDevelop relationships with:Senior living facilitiesSkilled nursing facilitiesLong-term care organizationsCorporate healthcare leadershipCommunity referral partnersSupport onboarding of new facility partners and ensure ongoing customer successCoordinate with facilities to gather:LeadsFacesheetsPayor setup reportsDocumentation needed to support policy enrollmentAssist residents with enrollment into CMIC insurance policies, with an emphasis on on-site enrollment supportMaintain accurate activity tracking and account updates within CRM systemsCollaborate with internal customer relations teams to:Resolve collections concernsSupport policyholdersAdvocate for residents and facility partnersQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in territory-based and/or in-person salesStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with frequent travel throughout assigned territoryBasic Microsoft Office and computer proficiencySelf-motivated, organized, and relationship-drivenPreferredExperience within:Senior livingLong-term careHealthcare servicesHealth insurance salesExisting relationships with organizations such as:Ensign ServicesPACSHaven Health GroupLife Care Centers of AmericaActive insurance licenseLeadership potential and interest in future sales leadership opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is:Passionate about improving senior careComfortable working within healthcare and senior living environmentsCompassionate and patient-focusedProactive and growth-mindedConfident building relationships face-to-faceMotivated by long-term partnership development rather than transactional salesSchedule & TravelFull-time or part-time opportunityTerritory includes Mesa/East Valley, Tucson, and YumaTravel up to approximately 3.5 hours at times within territoryCompensationCompensation is competitive and will be based on experience, qualifications, and licensing status.Join Our MissionIf you’re passionate about healthcare, relationship-based sales, and improving the lives of seniors, we’d love to hear from you.
