Compensation and Benefits Base Salary : $260,000 - $300,000 annual base salary Sign on bonus:$30,000 Productivity Bonus : $50,000 annually CME Allowance : $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME) Paid Time Off : 15 weekdays of paid time off per year CME/Personal Time : 5 additional days for CME or personal use Licensing and DEA : Covered by the practice Paid Holidays : 7 paid holidays annually Sick Days : 5 sick days per year Health and Dental Insurance : Comprehensive coverage Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage : Included Retirement Plan : 401(k) with employer contributions Position Overview As a Pediatrician at Clinica Medica Familiar, you’ll play a vital role in providing medical care for children from birth through adolescence.
