This role supports revenue growth across WPHL and its digital portfolio, including platforms such as Amazon, Weather.com and many other advanced digital solutions.Position OverviewThe Sales Marketing Executive partners with sales leadership to develop strategic, cross-platform marketing solutions that drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue StrategyDevelop strategic account plans aligned with client goals to drive long-term growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across existing accounts and emerging verticalsSupport revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targetsClient Solutions & PresentationsCreate compelling sponsorships, proposals, and integrated marketing campaignsCollaborate with Sales teams on client presentations and attend key sales meetingsAssist in developing pricing strategies and customized commercial pitchesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Creative, News, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaignsLead development and execution of cross-platform opportunities across broadcast and digital channelsEnsure seamless campaign execution and implementationMarket Intelligence & InnovationConduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunitiesContribute to station-wide advertising strategies and Nexstar initiativesAdvocate for client needs and provide feedback to enhance products and offeringsAdditional DutiesPerform other responsibilities as assignedQualificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsStrategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetHigh attention to detail and ability to execute independentlyProfessional presence and strong client-facing skillsCollaborative team player who can also work effectively autonomouslyTechnical SkillsProficiency in PowerPoint (required); working knowledge of Excel and Google DocsExperience with tools such as WideOrbit, Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, AdViews, and Google Analytics is a plus
