Job DescriptionEndurance Investment Partners (EIP) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our Dallas-based team. EIP is a private equity firm focused on providing flexible partnership capital and strategic liquidity solutions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. In partnership with Rice Investment Group (RIG), EIP invests in continuation vehicles, management-led buyouts, minority buyouts, and other bespoke opportunities, partnering with exceptional management teams and owners to create long-term value.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and execute investment opportunities across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Build detailed financial models, conduct investment diligence, and perform industry and market research. Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution across a variety of complex investment situations. Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other materials for the Investment Committee, limited partners, and other stakeholders. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with management teams, sponsors, limited partners, advisors, and other industry participants. Monitor portfolio investments and support value creation initiatives alongside management teams and sponsors. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying, evaluating, and helping source new investment opportunities. Qualifications2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or another relevant investing role with exposure to energy and/or infrastructure. Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Experience evaluating and executing complex M&A or private investment transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present investment analyses clearly and effectively. Demonstrated interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors and a desire to work in an entrepreneurial investment environment. Self-starter with strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
