Food Production OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring food production associates for a leading pet food manufacturing facility in Brainerd, MN. What you'll do as a food production associate: Operate packaging machines and stack finished product Load machines with raw product Work as part of a team to maintain timely, efficient production flow Set up and clean the packaging area between production runs Inspect lot codes and use metal detection equipment to ensure product quality standards are met What you need to bring to the food production associate role: Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift Strong attendance and reliability Forklift experience preferred, but training is provided No prior manufacturing experience required entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!
