Dance Instructor

Our dance studio is looking for an instructor for Saturday morning toddler classes: Pre-Dance (ages 2-3), Ballet/Tap combo (ages 4-5), and Tumbling (ages 3-5). This is for our upcoming 2024-25 season, running through May. Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of dance teaching experience. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to participate in a background check. Must be willing to sign on for the entire 2024-25 season (August to May). Job Duties: Creating lesson plans for classes. Creating choreography for short routines throughout the season, as well as the annual recital in May. Creating a positive and safe classroom environment for our dancers. About our studio: As a whole, we offer classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, tumbling, acro, lyrical, and integrative dance, and our ages range from 2 to adult! We are in our 7th season and offer recreational programs, as well as a performance group and competition team. We strive to maintain a family friendly, welcoming environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels.
