Role Description This full-time, remote role as Senior Claims Manager includes overseeing claims operations, managing a team of adjusters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex claims, delivering effective guidance to team members, and contributing to process improvements for operational efficiency. The Senior Claims Manager will also liaise with underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the company and its clients. Qualifications Strong expertise in Claims Management, including analysis, mitigation, and resolution of complex claimsKnowledge of Commercial Insurance products such as General Liability, Property, and Commercial AutoProficiency in Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skillsExcellent skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Relationship ManagementFamiliarity with Regulatory Compliance and Risk Assessment techniquesProven experience in implementing process improvements and enhancing operational efficiencyBachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience working with Managing General Agencies and brokers is a plus
