This role will oversee project planning, execution, governance, and compliance across warehouse and supply chain systems, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements and enterprise IT standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipLead Manhattan WMS-related projects from initiation through completionManage scope, cost, schedule, and riskDevelop comprehensive project plans, milestones, and resource allocationCompliance & GovernanceEnsure WMS systems adhere to SOX regulationsSupport SOX in-scope application governanceCoordinate change management and control processesTechnical & Functional OversightProvide technical guidance related to Manhattan WMSStay current on WMS technology advancementsSupport integration across AS400 environments and warehouse devicesStakeholder CommunicationPresent status, risks, and issues to senior leadershipFoster cross-functional collaboration across IT and operationsLead large-scale, cross-departmental initiativesDesired Skills & ExperiencePM experience with Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systemsExperience supporting SOX in-scope applicationsKnowledge of AS400 Operating SystemFamiliarity with Aldon Change ManagementUnderstanding of handheld scanners and voice communication protocolsExperience in supply chain processes (inventory, order processing, distribution center operations)Strong Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodology knowledgePMP certification preferredAutomotive industry experience is a plus3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferredStable work history within large enterprise organizations
