Licensed Phlebotomist

Key Responsibilities: To be assigned in North & West Suburbs area to meet with patients and strictly follow SOP. Perform blood draws with precision and care. Provide excellent patient care and ensure a comfortable experience during blood draws. Preserve the integrity of blood samples and specimens to ensure accurate and reliable results. Contribute to the overall success of STARLAB Corp by being flexible and willing to support various roles as needed within the laboratory setting. Always ensure that all needed supplies and equipment are ready before doing the route. Observe proper coordination with the assigned coordinator for immediate action on any concern regarding patients. Credentials Needed Requirements: Active Phlebotomy certification and state licensure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the coverage area.
