Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Responsibilities - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations - Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking - Supervise staff and provide training when needed - Handle customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor sales activities and suggest strategies for improvement - Assist in budgeting and financial planning - Conduct administrative tasks such as payroll and clerical duties Experience - Proven experience in retail or store management - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively - Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions - Familiarity with budgeting and pricing strategies - Multilingual skills are a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and store management, we encourage you to apply for this Assistant Manager position.
