Simulator Flight Instructor
1. Summary of Position:Instruct helicopter type ratings, recurrent flight training and special flight courses for AWTA in accordance with the relative syllabus, in a timely and professional manner. Participate on the development of new training courses and ensure a high level of paperwork and record keeping. Occasionally deliver the courses off site.2. EducationCommercial Rotorcraft Helicopter Certificate with Instrument Rating. 3000+ hrs Total Flight Time.CFI required CFII preferred.B. ExperienceA minimum of 5 years experience performing helicopter instruction and/or flying.C. Competencies & Attributes1.Instructor and/or examiner back ground in helicopters2.Rotorcraft Helicopter Certificate3.Strong IFR experience and knowledge4.Excellent interpersonal communications skills and MS Office knowledge.D. Licensure/CertificationFAA Commercial Rotorcraft Helicopter with Instrument Required.FAA CFI required CFII preferred
