Job Title: On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Delta View Post Acute Pay Rate: $43.00 per hour Position Overview Delta View Post Acute is seeking a skilled and responsive Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on an on-call basis. As an on-call RN, you will provide clinical oversight, support the nursing team, and ensure continuity of care during staffing gaps. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments Serve as a clinical resource and leader for LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Respond to call-offs and staffing needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Assess changes in resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies Complete accurate and timely documentation, including care plans and incident reports Qualifications Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and leadership abilities Reliable and able to respond to shifts on short notice Why Join Delta View Post Acute?
