Martek Global Services, Inc. (“Martek”) is working a proposal with the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Policy and Acquisition Support Services. We are currently looking for an Acquisition Management Specialist with the required specialized training and experience outlined below.Responsibilities & DutiesThe Acquisition Management Specialist would provide acquisition management support to program offices by developing, reviewing, and refining acquisition documentation and supporting procurement lifecycle activities. Serving as a key advisor ensuring clarity, compliance, and effectiveness of acquisition packages.Develop and review acquisition documentation including SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, Acquisition Plans, and Market Research ReportsSupport pre-solicitation package development and validationAssist in proposal evaluation documentation and coordination activitiesTrack procurement actions and provide status reporting to stakeholdersDeliver training sessions to program offices and COR community on acquisition processesRecommend and implement process improvements and efficienciesSupport maintenance of acquisition templates and resource librariesJob Qualifications:Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Business, Acquisition, or related field)5+ years federal acquisition experienceStrong knowledge of FAR and acquisition lifecycleExperience supporting SOW/PWS developmentExcellent communication and training delivery skillsPreferred QualificationsFAC-C or DAWIA certificationExperience supporting policy or acquisition training programsEEO/AA Employer/Vets/Disabilitywww.martekglobal.comAbout Us:Since 1996, Martek Global Services has been a leader in integrated strategic and tactical solutions in real estate, healthcare, facilities, and professional services for federal government and commercial customers nationwide.
