This established organization is in an exciting nationwide growth phase and is expanding its internal sales team to support new business development and account management efforts. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a premium client experience, building and nurturing long-term customer relationships through a consultative, service-driven approach.This opportunity calls for an enthusiastic, proactive, down-to-earth, and ethical individual. You should be a confident communicator with strong organizational skills and experience in an inside sales or customer-facing role. You are an achievement-driven professional, a strong team player, and an exceptional relationship builder.Key role impacts Contribute to the store's sales performance by achieving the sales targetsMaintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experienceBe proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunitiesActively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possibleHandle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the companyConstantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills, and aptitude)Keep the CRM system up to dateExceed all behavioral requirements, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelinesEnsure the store is perfectly in line with the brand guidelines in terms of VM, appearance, and atmosphere.
