*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, accurate order taking, and efficient food and beverage delivery. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in food service environments. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. * Take accurate orders for food and beverages, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to safety standards. * Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales. * Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and handle all sales transactions efficiently using POS systems. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations. * Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, including bussing tables and supporting kitchen staff. * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and beverage options to guests. * Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment. * Support guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly with professionalism. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Server in fine dining, casual dining, or hospitality settings; nightclub or food industry experience is a plus. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. * Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently. * Basic math skills for bill calculations and change handling. * Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. * Previous experience with food handling, food preparation support, and restaurant operations. * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
