The ideal candidate will demonstrate a detail-oriented approach, be organized in their day to day and have a true passion for marketing & branding. This person will help oversee media, PR, sponsorships and activations as well as ideate and execute the overall brand marketing calendar.Knowledge And ResponsibilitiesMaintain the National Marketing calendar, micro-campaigns, holiday initiatives, promotions, and activations.Prospect and review activation opportunities that drive Paris Baguette’s brand awareness and visibilityCoordinate and drive all National sponsorships, integrations and activation initiatives including influencer events, high profile media opportunities, giveaways, broadcast opportunities and celebrity endorsement projectsCreate seasonal campaign briefs for LTOs, holidays and micro-campaigns, coordinate deliverables with agenciesSupport National Canada Marketing plan including media, PR and franchisee facing communicationsCollaborate with external agency partners for PR, Media, and activations to ensure projects and deadlines are met.Review and draft copy for National press releases and media pitchesResponsible for media copywriting: Meta Ads, Digital banners, Taglines and VideoCoordinate product drops for events, activations and media opportunities in partnership with operations teamsCollaborate with operations team and other cross-functional partners to develop activities that create and support exceptional guest experience across all touch points (in-café, online, through partnerships etc.)Lead seasonal marketing readiness calls including content and call presentationsPrepare marketing content and information for QBRs, FAC meetings and leadership presentations Track daily sales, program data and campaign results to further develop future marketing programs/decision makingPerform routine management tasks that are necessary for the efficient operation of a corporate marketing function.Perform other functions as neededWhat You Need To Have3-5 years brand marketing or agency experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferredRestaurant/QSR or F&B industry experience requiredFranchise organization experience preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong writing skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentNatural collaborator, proactive, solutions-orientedHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to work with, and support diverse teams by being highly empathetic, intuitive, self-motivated, and driven.
