Baseball Instructor

Role Description The Baseball Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Acworth, GA. Instructors provide individual and group baseball lessons, focusing on fundamental skills such as hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and leading training sessions, demonstrating proper techniques, giving constructive feedback, and monitoring player progress. The role also involves communicating with players and families about development plans, maintaining a positive and safe training environment, and supporting camps, clinics, and special programs. Instructors are expected to collaborate with other staff to ensure consistent coaching standards and an engaging experience for all participants.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Sports Coaching and Baseball skills, including a solid understanding of game fundamentals, rules, and player development.Candidates should possess Teaching and Physical Education skills to design effective training sessions and adapt instruction to different ages and skill levels.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to provide clear instruction, constructive feedback, and professional interaction with players and families.Previous experience as a coach, instructor, or player at the high school, collegiate, or professional level is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, and to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive training environment.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to athlete development and ethical coaching practices.Company Description D-BAT Academies is dedicated to providing a high-quality teaching environment with professional instruction to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players of all ages and skill levels.
