Senior Software Test Engineer

Overview As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will lead testing across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid programs to ensure mission-critical IRS applications are secure and reliable. You will drive test strategy, coordinate cross-team activities, and mentor others in automated testing practices. This role supports the IRS EST program from Lanham, MD, focusing on functional, integration, and automation testing across mainframe, client/server, and cloud environments. You will impact quality and delivery by proactive guidance and collaboration.
