Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wears multiple hats, and takes a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and fit.This role is based on-site in Boca Raton, FL, with occasional flexibility. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.You will work closely with business stakeholders and a small IT team to gather requirements, drive solutions, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across multiple functional areasTranslate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user storiesCollaborate with a small IT team to support solution design, testing, and implementationAct as a liaison between business users and IT to ensure alignment and clear communicationDrive process mapping, workflow improvements, and operational efficiency initiativesLead UAT, validation, and post-implementation support effortsHelp prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource constraintsOwn documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement effortsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentProven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in lean teamsStrong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder managementComfortable working closely with technical teams (developers, infrastructure, etc.)Hands-on experience with project/task management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner) and collaboration platforms such as GitHub EnterpriseStrong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiencesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAvailable to start on a contract basis with openness to converting to full-time employment
