Position SummaryWe are searching for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to drive our clients' marketing efforts. In this position, you will be responsible for executing on all aspects of our clients' marketing operations, from producing high-quality content and managing campaigns to tracking performance and completing day-to-day marketing tasks. Your focus will be to ensure that our marketing efforts help our clients reach their goals, grow their business and facilitate a long and fruitful relationship.To be successful in this role you will need a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, hands-on experience with web analytics and marketing tools, and the ability to execute across multiple channels and platforms. You should be a skilled writer who can adapt to different brands and audiences, as well as a curious, self-directed learner who picks up new tools and concepts quickly.This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week that we are looking to fill as soon as possible. It is a hybrid position and we would like to have in office at least a few days per month.ResponsibilitiesDeploy successful marketing efforts for our marketing retainer clients, including content, paid advertising, email, and social media campaignsWrite and edit high-quality copy across multiple formats: articles, website copy, social posts, ad copy, emails, and case studiesAlign content to client business goals and target audiences using SEO and marketing best practicesMonitor and manage marketing and advertising budgetsGather and evaluate data for key insights and key performance indicators to track successLearn new disciplines and experiment with new tools and platforms that will improve client marketing effortsCommunicate thoroughly, thoughtfully and effectively with the team, clients and other contactsAttend, contribute to, and take detailed notes in internal and client meetingsAccurately track all time spent on both internal and client-facing initiativesAct as an additive and vital component of the Brolik team and work cooperatively to uphold and improve the company cultureRequirements1-2 years of relevant experience as an agency or brand-side marketerUnderstanding of foundational marketing tools, tactics and principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivation for growth and learningStrong critical thinking skillsHighly creative with excellent analytical abilitiesOutstanding collaborative and interpersonal skillsGeneral computer and technical literacy, specifically Google SuiteHands-on experience with web analytics, especially Google AnalyticsExtra CreditGoogle, Facebook and Linkedin ad platform experienceExperience with website CMS platforms (Wordpress, Shopify, Craft, Webflow, etc.)Account management experiencePrevious Agency ExperienceCompany DescriptionWe help emerging brands to position and grow through our integrated approach to digital marketing.
