*Native/Bilingual English is required for this role (read/written/spoken)Please upload your CV Resume in English.Our company is hiring AI-ready talent in the U.S. and is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale high-impact engineering teams, including cutting-edge AI/ML roles.This is a high-ownership, freelance opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through early-stage candidate management and stakeholder collaboration.What you'll doOwn end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical roles (with strong focus on outbound)Identify and engage top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, outboundBuild and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future rolesConduct initial screenings to evaluate technical alignment and cultural fitPartner closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize hiring needsSupport a client-facing recruiting process, ensuring strong communication and alignment throughout the early stages of the funnelHelp deliver a strong candidate experience from first touch to handoffWhat we're looking for4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in fast-growing environmentsProven track record of strong outbound sourcing (this is critical)Experience managing multiple stages of the recruiting funnel, not just sourcingExperience hiring for software engineering roles (AI/ML is a strong plus)Deep understanding of the U.S. talent marketStrong communication skills and ability to operate in a client-facing environmentSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a freelance setupNice to haveExperience recruiting in or for the U.S. marketFamiliarity with modern sourcing tools and techniquesEngagement detailsFreelanceFully remote (U.S.-based candidates required; Austin or Miami preferred)Flexible workload with potential for long-term collaboration*Please note our partner is only looking for dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within our team.
