General Manager – Restaurant & Bar

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager + AGM to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of a high-energy restaurant and bar venue located within a lifestyle hotel in South Beach Miami. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, building and leading a strong team, and ensuring operational excellence across all F&B outlets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful launch and ongoing operations of the restaurant and barRecruit, train, and manage FOH leadership and service teamsDrive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standardsOversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor costs, and inventory controlsCollaborate with culinary and hotel leadership teamsDevelop local partnerships, events, and programming to increase covers and bar revenueEnsure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulationsCreate a positive, energetic, and accountable team cultureRequirements5+ years of AGM/GM experience in upscale, high-volume restaurant and bar operationsOpening experience strongly preferredStrong leadership, financial, and operational management skillsStrong understanding of Miami hospitality and nightlife cultureExcellent communication and team development abilitiesAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + bonus potentialOpportunity to lead a flagship South Beach venue from launchGrowth opportunities within an expanding hospitality groupDynamic and creative work environment
