Possible to make this part-time position to full-time opportunity**** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in customer service and food preparation will ensure that each guest has an exceptional experience. ****Looking for someone who are not in school with a flexible schedule. Possible to make this part-time position to full-time opportunity**** *Responsibilities* Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety and handling standards. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and appreciated. *Requirements* Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
