Senior Attorney

SENIOR ATTORNEY Albany, NY Fusco Personnel is seeking an experienced attorney to support our client in ensuring the organization remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This position provides a wide range of legal support, offering legal guidance to internal teams, and assisting with litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate responses to subpoenas and information requests. Ensure proper legal review and collaboration with relevant departments for all inquiries from law enforcement and the courts. Research and interpret laws and regulations affecting financial operations. Maintain and improve systems used to track subpoenas and legal inquiries. Support litigation efforts, including reviewing legal filings and coordinating case management. Partner with internal teams to gather information and prepare for legal proceedings. Advise staff on legal risks and obligations. Develop legal templates and help streamline legal processes. Prepare detailed legal reports. Manage relationships with outside counsel. Uphold strict confidentiality and professional integrity. Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York. 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services, regulatory compliance, or civil litigation.
