This role involves installing, routing, and terminating CAT6 cabling, working at heights, and navigating cable pathways such as basket trays and conduit systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical setting.Key Responsibilities:Pull, route, and terminate CAT6 cabling in a data center environmentInstall and secure cabling through basket trays, conduit, and other structured pathwaysPerform cable terminations, labeling, and testing to ensure proper connectivity and performanceRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation diagramsMaintain clean and organized cable management practicesOperate lifts and work safely at heights up to 18 feetFollow all site safety protocols and company proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve cabling issues as neededRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of experience pulling and terminating CAT6 cableProven experience working within data centers or similar technical environmentsExperience running cable through basket tray systems and conduitComfortable working at heights up to 18 feetAbility to operate lifts safely (lift certification preferred)Strong understanding of structured cabling standards and best practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and consistent attendancePreferred Qualifications:Lift certification (scissor lift, boom lift, etc.)Experience with cable testing tools and certification equipmentFamiliarity with data center protocols and environmentsWork Environment:Data center setting with strict safety and operational proceduresFrequent standing, climbing, and working at elevated heightsMay require lifting, bending, and physical activity throughout the shiftRequired PPE: YesRequired Tools: Basic industry hand tools
