If you are looking for a caring and professional team to work with, you have found the right agency.You are a Certified Home Health Aide in California who is interested in working with an interdisciplinary team of health professionals helping individuals that have transitioned from a hospital to home care setting and assisting them to remain in the community. We are accepting applications from Certified Home Health Aides who have completed training as a Home Health Aide and received the necessary license issued from the State of California.Responsibilities:Assists patient with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation, and other activities as neededPerforms duties as assigned in an accurate and timely mannerNotifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditionsExperience Required:Patient-interaction skillsExperience with ADLsExperience with Hoyer LiftsAbility to multi-task and perform duties in a timely and orderly mannerEssential Certifications:Completed an approved Home Health Aide training course and received Certification as Home Health Aide from the State of CaliforniaValid California Driver's License, and eligible to be insured under our liability policy with a clean DMV reportYour own vehicle and proof of current auto insuranceCurrent CPR certificationPPE is provided to all employeesService Region/ Location: This is not a remote role and requires you to work out of the Chico office seeing patients in Chico and Butte County and in surrounding counties.Schedule : Part-time work - Ranges from 2-29 hours per week, hours may vary.Travel : You will need to travel to client's homes within the Chico area and surrounding counties.Physical Requirements: Conditional upon job offer is successfully passing a medical exam that tests amongst other things the ability to move, visual acuity, and hearing acuity.
