Electronics Test Technician

The Electronics Technician will utilize a variety of test procedures, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics to test and troubleshoot integrated unit level assemblies as well as circuit board assemblies down to the component level.Required Skills- Perform in-circuit and functional test and component level troubleshooting on complex circuit card assemblies.- Mechanical skills to disassemble and reassemble product per drawings or other documents using common tools.- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot subassembly level components.- Integrate, test, calibrate and troubleshoot complex end item avionics assemblies.- Work closely with Test, Systems, Hardware and Software Engineering to resolve issues, improve manufacturability andassure high yields.Required ExperienceAssociate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent from an accredited institution.Must have knowledge of digital and analog circuitry and be capable of troubleshooting complex assemblies to the componentlevel.Must understand written work instructions and comprehend electronic and mechanical drawings and schematics.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
