This contract position is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing one-on-one support for a 1st-grade male student with intense behaviors in a general education setting. The role is located in Woodland, CA, with assignments beginning ASAP through June 5, 2026. The position requires collaboration with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) addressing attention-seeking and avoidance behaviors. A paraprofessional is also assigned to assist.Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one behavioral support to a 1st-grade student Collaborate closely with the BCBA to implement and adjust the BIP Monitor and document student progress and behaviors Utilize evidence-based techniques to address attention-seeking and avoidance behaviors Work effectively alongside a paraeducator to ensure consistency in support Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with students displaying intense behavioral challenges Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and documentation skills Commitment to positive behavior support and interventions Location: Woodland, CASchedule: 35 hours per weekContract Duration: ASAP through June 5, 2026 Compensation: $30-$45 hourlyThis opportunity is ideal for an RBT seeking a focused role in an educational environment supporting a student with significant behavioral needs.
