We're looking for a forward-thinker to own how our employees and customers learn, ramp, and succeed.This role focuses on creating an engaging and effective learning environment by ensuring high-quality course design, enhancing learner experiences, and supporting instructional staff in utilizing technology for teaching and learning. This position will track and assess learning metrics to ensure the organization meets its operational and strategic goals. They will build high-impact learning experiences and lead a distributed team responsible for developing both employee and customer-facing education.Successful candidates bring a strong foundation in instructional design, combined with a practical, outcomes-focused approach.
