Real-Time Operations Controller

Overview In this Real-Time Operations Controller role, you oversee a 24/7 crew monitoring automated planning systems and ground equipment to ensure service health and timely response to events. You’ll lead turnover, document activity, and coordinate with engineering experts to implement changes, supporting system testing and maintenance. The role combines hands-on monitoring, diagnostics, and rapid decision-making to sustain mission processing and deliver results to customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a mission-driven environment focused on national security and reliability.
