D365 Solutions Architect

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across complex enterprise environments.This role will serve as the strategic technical lead responsible for architecture quality, enterprise integrations, modernization initiatives, platform governance, and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Insights, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and emerging AI capabilities.The position partners closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, implementation partners, and executive leadership in an Agile/SAFe environment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ), and Power PlatformLead governance for Dataverse, security models, integrations, and platform scalabilityDesign integration strategies connecting D365 with ERP systems, APIs, middleware, Azure services, and enterprise applicationsDrive modernization initiatives using Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AI BuilderEstablish ALM, CI/CD, release management, and environment governance standardsReview vendor-delivered solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standardsProvide technical leadership and mentorship across Agile/SAFe delivery teamsOccasionally provide hands-on technical support to resolve complex issues and reduce technical debtRequired Qualifications8+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience within the Microsoft ecosystemDeep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Customer Insights, and Power PlatformStrong experience with Azure integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data strategiesHands-on knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and release management for D365 and Power PlatformExperience operating in Agile and SAFe environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsPL-600 certification preferredExperience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI governanceExperience leading large-scale digital transformation and vendor governance initiativesAdditional InformationQuarterly travel required for SAFe PI Planning and strategic alignment sessionsHighly collaborative role working across architecture, engineering, product, and executive leadership teams
