Title Searcher/Examiner

Position summary: Responsible for searching and examining titles of residential/commercial property by researching county and other public records. Analyzes data and prepares a report and/or title commitment Responsibilities: · Utilizes GIS system and other web-based systems to research and locate necessary documents · Examine documents to display record owner, existing lienholders, easements, requirements and exceptions pertaining to the property · Type reports and/or commitments based on the search and exam performed.
