This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced cloud technologies and contribute to mission-critical analytics platforms that support national security objectives. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data processing applications within secure cloud environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing efficient distributed processing frameworks, leveraging big data technologies, and ensuring system performance and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and innovative problem-solving are key aspects of this role, making it ideal for engineers passionate about impactful technology development in a secure setting.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with experience in Java development, big data processing, and cloud computing. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in software engineering is preferred, along with a proven track record of working within secure, complex cloud environments. Candidates should hold an active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP). A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus. Familiarity with specialized data platforms such as QTA or similar is highly desirable.
