Hiring: Senior COBOL Developer📍 Location: Boston, MA | Charlotte, NC | Houston, TX | Miami, FL | Orlando, FL (Hybrid)We are looking for an experienced senior COBOL developer with a strong background in insurance & annuities to join our client's team. If you have extensive experience working with legacy systems and annuity administration platforms, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities✅ Design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications supporting insurance and annuity business processes.✅ Provide hands-on support for annuity administration systems such as PolicyLink and/or RPS.✅ Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions within legacy platforms.✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in COBOL-based applications.✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, testing, and deployments.Required Qualifications✔️ 10+ years of hands-on experience with Visual COBOL or Micro Focus COBOL.✔️ Strong experience in Insurance & Annuities, including annuity products.✔️ Hands-on experience with PolicyLink and/or RPS.✔️ Expertise in at least two of the following:COBOL DevelopmentInsurance/AnnuitiesAnnuity Administration Systems✔️ Proven ability to independently support and enhance complex legacy production systems.📩 Interested?
