Job Description:Position: Teaching and Learning Specialist for Early Childhood - Bilingual, Part time (.6 FTE)Program/Department: Professional Development ServicesPosition Length: 123 days annuallySalary Range: TBDAnticipated Start Date: July 1, 2026Closing Date of Applications: May 29, 2026Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish); BA/MA preferred; Associates Degree with CT OEC TA Provider Approval considered; Experience supporting teachers through training, coaching and/or technical assistance; at least 5 years of experience in early childhood education; Candidates must have a CT OEC Registry Number. See attached job description.Responsibilities: Cooperative Educational Services (CES) is seeking a .6 FTE Teaching and Learning Specialist for Early Childhood with an ability to work in a variety of early childhood settings to support best practices through technical assistance, coaching and professional development services. We are seeking an educator who is team oriented, possesses strong communication skills and is knowledgeable about current research and trends in early childhood education.
