As a Lead Python Developer supporting Fourways Consulting on an onsite professional basis in Austin, TX, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise software architecture, network inventory systems, automated service assurance pipelines, and cross-functional team collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services utilizing Python, FastAPI, and Flask, building secure RESTful APIs and distributed microservices, developing network automation scripts for routing, switching, and VLAN provisioning, leading offshore engineering teams during agile sprint cycles, coordinating closely with product managers and telecom architects, and interacting directly with specialist recruiters like Flint.
