Material Planning Clerk

The Materials Planning Clerk supports production by ensuring raw materials, packaging, and supplies are available and accurately tracked. This role works closely with purchasing, warehouse, QA, and production to prevent shortages, maintain inventory accuracy, and support transfer orders in the ERP system. Position: Materials Planning Clerk Pay rate: $22-$24/HR, DOE Location: Sanger, CA. 93567 Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts Key Responsibilities Review production schedules and monitor material needs. Track inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock. Create and maintain transfer requests in ERP and Excel. Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery dates. Assist with cycle counts and lot/expiration tracking. Communicate material status across departments. Maintain accurate planning and inventory records. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1–3 years of experience in planning, inventory, and purchasing in Food Manufacturing. Strong Excel and data entry skills. ERP system experience required.
