Corporate Recruiter The Corporate Recruiter is a key member of the Cleaver-Brooks Talent Acquisition team, responsible for delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced, manufacturing and industrial services environment. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer, with a proven ability to recruit across skilled trades, engineering, technical, and leadership positions. The Corporate Recruiter will partner closely with the Corporate Talent Team Lead, hiring managers, and HR counterparts to achieve hiring goals, meet KPI targets and provide an exceptional candidate experience.Key responsibilities include owning and managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, conducting intake meetings to define role requirements, proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-demand roles, collaborating with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist to design targeted attraction campaigns, sourcing candidates through advanced methods, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, working with the Talent Coordinator to schedule interviews, tracking and reporting on key recruiting KPIs, providing market insights and competitive intelligence, representing Cleaver-Brooks at career fairs, and performing other duties as assigned in support of HR and Talent Acquisition operations.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience considered. Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on skilled trades and engineering recruitment in manufacturing or industrial services environments is required. Proven success filling hard-to-fill technical, engineering, skilled trades, and leadership positions is necessary. Experience with UKG or similar applicant tracking systems strongly preferred. Proficiency in AI sourcing tools and advanced Boolean search is required. Available for moderate travel to Cleaver-Brooks sites, career fairs, training sessions, and other recruiting or relationship-building events as needed to support strategic hiring initiatives.About Cleaver-Brooks: Cleaver-Brooks is the market leader in providing fully integrated thermal solution systems.
