Endocrinology physician employment in New York : A private practice located in Manhattan is actively seeking a patient-oriented and dynamic Endocrinologist to join their growing medical staff.ResponsibilitiesThe Endocrinologist ensures exceptional care services are accessible to patients at all times. Other details include:Visit 12-16 patients per dayDiagnose and treat patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and patient education.Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and laboratory results.Diagnose and manage thyroid conditions such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules, and thyroid cancer.Perform and interpret thyroid function tests and imaging studies.Provide treatment options including medication, radioactive iodine therapy, and surgery referrals.Evaluate and treat patients with low testosterone levels.Conduct thorough assessments to determine the underlying causes of low testosterone.Develop treatment plans that may include hormone replacement therapy and lifestyle changes.Diagnose and manage PCOS in patients.QualificationsM.D., D.O.Board Eligible / Certified2+ years experienceLicensed in NYSYour privacy is important to us.
