Job Title: Project Manager IV (IT/OT Projects)Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday onsite)Department: TIS GTM Project Delivery CenterReports To: Manager, Project Delivery CenterContract: 12 + monthsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead a portfolio of complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) projects supporting Gas Transmission and Midstream operations. This role is responsible for managing large-scale, multi-year initiatives across the full technology stack, ensuring successful delivery through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to project management best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of complex IT and OT projects valued at up to multimillion dollarsLead projects across all PMBOK knowledge areas, ensuring effective control of scope, schedule, cost, and qualityDeliver projects using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies, as appropriateEnsure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and documentation requirementsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metricsDrive change management processes to ensure smooth system deployment and integrationCollaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions and project requirementsPrepare and present status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholdersIdentify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when necessaryReview and approve project deliverables to ensure quality and complianceConduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiativesAnalyze project performance metrics to identify efficiency opportunitiesEnsure adherence to quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and compliance standardsCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, OT, business units, and external vendorsScope of RoleManage multiple concurrent projects with durations ranging from 1 to 3 yearsWork within a matrixed organization, coordinating across IT and OT teamsOversee projects spanning the entire technology stack, including infrastructure, applications, and user experienceKey StakeholdersInternal:TIS GTM DepartmentsShared Services TeamsBusiness UnitsExternal:VendorsConsultantsWork EnvironmentHybrid work schedule (3 days onsite in Houston, TX)Fast-paced environment with multiple competing prioritiesOccasional travel may be requiredAvailability for off-hours support during critical project phasesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field(Equivalent experience or technical certifications may be considered)10+ years of progressive project management experienceStrong experience managing IT and OT projectsProven expertise in:Data centers and infrastructureNetwork systemsApplication developmentControl systems / OT environmentsDemonstrated experience managing large, complex projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworksExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience in Gas Transmission, Midstream, or Energy sectorStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles in IT/OT environments
