Unarmed Gatehouse Officer (FULL-TIME)

Company: PSI Security and Investigations Location: 87200 Overseas Hwy., Islamorada, FL 33036 Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Position Type: Gatehouse and Foot Patrol Rover Currently hiring for a private, gated waterfront condominium community in Islamorada, FL. This position requires a professional officer to serve in a dual-role capacity as both Gatehouse Officer and Foot Patrol Rover during each shift. The officer will be responsible for access control, verifying residents, guests, and vendors at the gatehouse, and conducting routine foot patrols throughout the property’s common areas and amenities. During scheduled patrol routes, the officer will also deliver resident packages to individual units while maintaining a strong, visible security presence and ensuring compliance with community policies.
