Bilingual Account Coordinator
A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator to support outreach and account engagement efforts related to past due student loan balances.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a monthly portfolio of assigned accounts with regular inbound and outbound phone outreach
Guide conversations with former students and connect them with appropriate government loan servicers
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation while progressing accounts through internal systems
Qualifications
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Prior customer service or call center experience
Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Demonstrated reliability and consistent work history
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
