Salesperson
Position Description:The Sales Representative is responsible for connecting, developing, and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales of PCG Digital’s products and/or services. We are looking for self-managed individuals who can achieve monthly revenue targets. By developing and refining sales strategies, the Sales Representative will engage potential customers to present the features and benefits of PCG Digital’s products to generate sales and profitability. This job entails daily phone calls, email communication, and presentations remotely or on location in the territory. Candidates must be comfortable on the phone and presenting to small groups. This is a job for candidates who are looking for a stable company to grow their career and revenue.Position Responsibilities:Discover potential customers through outreach from our database and personal contactsReach out to potential customers and showcase a suite of services via a virtual presentationNegotiate contracts and close salesVisit potential and current clients within the territoryComfortable discussing online marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertisingAbility to adapt and be very organizedCapable of self-management and delivers on revenue targets consistentlyPosition Requirements:2+ years in a customer-facing sales position, responsible for closing contracts each monthCustomer Service Skills: Must speak in a friendly manner to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate optionsCommunication Skills: The candidate must be comfortable speaking to customers about a product’s different features and answering any questions they might haveFlexibility: This role requires occasional travel for conferences and events that may include working long hours, nights, or weekendsPersistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale.
