Registered Nurse (RN) - Burlington, New Jersey Location: The selected candidate will be working in various Group Homes throughout Burlington County Cities in New Jersey Employment Type: Part Time - working 10 hours per week Schedule days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday Schedule hours: 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, or 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM (flexible) Salary: $40.00 per hour (non-exempt) Summary: EIHAB Human Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The RN will deliver clinical care, conduct assessments, oversee medical services, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:Provide nursing care and health assessments for all assigned clientsDevelop, implement, and monitor treatment and care plansAdminister and oversee medication management and training for staff/clientsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentationParticipate in care planning and team meetingsProvide health education and training as neededEnsure compliance with NJ Department of Human Services and licensing standardsReport incidents in accordance with Division Circular #14 and agency policiesSupervise and support direct care staff in medical-related services Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderGraduate of an accredited nursing programActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in New JerseyCurrent CPR certificationValid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Skills:Strong communication and documentation skillsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word & Excel)Knowledge of behavioral health and developmental disabilities Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the workdayCapability to perform crisis intervention techniques when necessaryVisual and auditory acuity to assess client needs Additional RequirementsComplete required DDD trainings (Medication Administration, Abuse & Neglect, etc.) within 120 daysMaintain compliance with HIPAA and Danielle's Law trainingMust not be listed on the Central Registry for Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Why Join EIHAB?Meaningful work supporting individuals with developmental disabilitiesCollaborative, mission-driven environmentOpportunities for professional growth and development
